Hot Tub Covers

1) Inside the cover, we use 2.5 lb. density virgin EPS foam cores for exceptional strength and insulation.

We also offer a heavy-duty 5.5″ to 4″ tapered core, which gives you increased strength, improved water runoff, and even better insulation.

With an impressive R-value of 25, this is one of our highest-performing cover options—helping keep the heat in, the cold out, and your hot tub running more efficiently.

2) We offer two great skin options for your hot tub cover: marine-grade vinyl and fabric.

Our 28-ounce marine-grade vinyl is a durable, traditional option that features mildew inhibitors and UV-stabilized coloring to help resist fading and hold up to outdoor conditions.

Our fabric option gives the cover a more modern, upscale look while still being designed for outdoor use and long-term durability.

Both are excellent choices—the main difference comes down to the look and feel you prefer for your hot tub.

3) We use a double-sided, solid cover liner that is chemically treated on both sides to help protect against damage caused by hot tub chemicals.

That added protection helps extend the life of the cover and provides an extra layer of durability where it matters most.

4) Our 2-inch galvanized steel support beams are built for exceptional strength and durability. They provide heavy-duty structural support for the cover and are also resistant to chemical exposure, helping them stand up to the demanding hot tub environment.

The result is a stronger, more durable cover designed to hold its shape and perform for years.

5) Our foam cores are protected with a 4 mil vapor barrier that is heat-sealed around the core to help prevent moisture from getting inside and causing the foam to become waterlogged.

For even more protection, we also offer a double-plastic upgrade, creating an 8 mil vapor barrier with two separate layers of moisture protection. That added protection can help extend the life of the foam core and keep your cover performing the way it should.

6) Our covers feature matching reinforced handles and child-locking tie-downs for added convenience and security.

Both are double-stitched for extra strength and durability, helping them stand up to repeated use and the outdoor elements.

7) Our hinges are double-reinforced for added strength and durability. This extra reinforcement helps the cover stand up to repeated opening and closing while providing greater support at one of the cover’s most critical stress points.

8) Our spa covers are designed to meet or exceed ASTM F1346-91 safety standards, providing an added level of safety, strength, and peace of mind for your hot tub area.

9) And to top it all off, our spa covers are backed by a great warranty from Blue Water Spa Covers, giving you added confidence that your investment is protected.

From the materials inside the cover to the craftsmanship on the outside, you’re getting a cover that’s built for strength, insulation, durability, and long-term performance.
