We sell only the best hot tub covers, because we DO NOT want to sell anything but a cover that gives you the best insulation, stays light long-term, and was made using the finest materials with superior stitching.

Ten Reasons to Buy a Hot Tub Cover from Us!
- Our spa covers use 2.5 pound density virgin EPS foam core for enhanced insulation. The 4″ to 2.5″ tapered 2.5-pound density foam covers have an R-value of 21. We also offer 5.5″ to 4″ tapered 2.5-pound density foam covers that provide increased strength and better insulation, with an R-value of 25!
- We use 28 Ounce Marine Grade Vinyl which features mildew inhibitors and UV stabilized coloring to help prevent fading.
- The double sided, solid cover liner we use is chemically treated on both sides to help prevent chemical damage.
- Our 2” Galvanized steel support beams are the strongest in the business and are also resistant to chemicals.
- We use a 4 mil vapor barrier that is heat sealed to the foam core to help ensure the foam core does not become water-logged. Double plastic can be added to provide an 8 mil vapor barrier and two layers of protection.
- Our covers have matching reinforced cover handles and child locking tie downs which are double stitched for added strength.
- The hinges are double reinforced which makes them extra strong.

OUR HOT TUB COVER DELIVERY SERVICES
This section will walk you through what to expect during your hot tub cover delivery services.
OPTION 1: Deliver New Cover Only (leave old cover at house): $125.00
If this is the option you chose, we WILL do the following:
We will deliver your new cover and place it in its packaging at a location of your choosing in your yard, garage or shed (the box can get wet.)
-Before delivery we will ask you where you want the cover placed.
-We do not require you to be home during delivery, but we will give you a two-hour arrival time window on the day you are scheduled for delivery if you’d like to be there.
If this is the option you chose, we will NOT do the following:
-We will not open your new cover’s packaging.
-We will not place your new cover onto your hot tub or install anything.
-We will not take away your old cover for disposal or any packaging trash.
OPTION 2: Deliver & Install New Cover & NEW LIFTER (leave old cover at house): $200.00
If this is the option you chose, we WILL do the following:
-We will deliver & place your new cover onto your hot tub.
-We will install your cover’s locks (as long as we are able to access the areas where they screw in with a normal sized drill. We cannot guarantee that the old screw holes will line-up or will not be seen. We will do our best to cover them. We are not responsible for old screw holes.)
-We will install your new cover lifter that was purchased at our store (as long as we are able to access the areas where the lifter screws in with a normal sized drill. We cannot guarantee that any old screw holes will line-up or will not be seen. We will do our best to cover them. We are not responsible for old screw holes.)
-We will remove all trash from packaging.
-We REQUIRE you to be home during delivery & installation and we will give you a two-hour arrival time window on the day you are scheduled for delivery.
If this is the option you chose, we will NOT do the following:
-If you have an old cover lifter, we will NOT be able to install this onto or into the cover if it screws into the cover in any way (see our Watkins Cover Lifter Sheet.)
-We will not install a lifter that was not purchased at our store.
-We will not take away your old cover or old lifter for disposal.
OPTION 3: Deliver & Install New Cover & Removal of Old Cover for Disposal: $175.00
If this is the option you chose, we WILL do the following:
-We will deliver & place your new cover onto your hot tub.
-We will install your cover’s locks (as long as we are able to access the areas where they screw in with a normal sized drill. We cannot guarantee that the old screw holes will line-up or will not be seen. We will do our best to cover them. We are not responsible for old screw holes.)
-We will remove your old cover for disposal (most of the time, old covers are VERY heavy and due to the safety of our staff, we will most likely have to cut-up your old cover at your home and near your hot tub, this is to get the old cover in manageable pieces. If this is the case, there WILL be left-over small styrofoam debris that will be visible in the areas where the cover was cut-up and in the path it traveled to our vehicle. We will do our best to clean-up the larger debris, but we are not responsible for any left-over foam debris on your property or that blows onto other’s property. You will need to clean this all up after we leave and are fully responsible for all debris.)
-We will remove all trash from packaging.
-We REQUIRE you to be home during delivery & installation and we will give you a two-hour arrival time window on the day you are scheduled for delivery.
If this is the option you chose, we will NOT do the following:
-If you have an old cover lifter, we will NOT be able to install this onto or into the cover if it screws into the cover in any way (see our Watkins Cover Lifter Sheet.)
-We will not install a lifter even if it was purchased at our store.
-We will not take away an old cover for disposal IF we are not able to cut it up on site (see above.)
OPTION 4: Deliver & Install New Cover & NEW LIFTER & Removal of Old Cover for Disposal: $250.00
If this is the option you chose, we WILL do the following:
-We will deliver & place your new cover onto your hot tub.
-We will install your cover’s locks (as long as we are able to access the areas where they screw in with a normal sized drill. We cannot guarantee that the old screw holes will line-up or will not be seen. We will do our best to cover them. We are not responsible for old screw holes.)
-We will install your new cover lifter that was purchased at our store (as long as we are able to access the areas where the lifter screws in with a normal sized drill. We cannot guarantee that any old screw holes will line-up or will not be seen. We will do our best to cover them. We are not responsible for old screw holes.)
